Modern Niagara HVAC Services, formerly Robertair Mechanical Systems Inc., is a full service multi-discipline HVAC service and refrigeration contractor that joined the Modern Group of companies in 1995. Robertair became a Linc Service Contractor through a franchise acquisition by Modern Mechanical Inc. in the same year.

Linc represents a network of international service franchise businesses for HVAC service maintenance with the majority of its franchises located throughout North America. In addition to the provision of structured administrative and dispatching systems, Linc develops the marketing and selling capabilities of each franchise with a focus on preventative maintenance and service agreements.

Through the use of highly skilled technicians, Modern Niagara HVAC Services Inc. provides a wide variety of HVAC and refrigeration system maintenance and installation requirements over an ever growing vase of clients located in Ottawa Carleton and the five regions of Eastern Ontario. In addition to HVAC service and maintenance, we have DDC/Instrumentation Technicians who are capable of both installing and servicing building automation control systems. As well, we specialize in the installation and service of environmental test chambers.
