JDS Uniphase

As a high tech leader, JDS Uniphase has had tremendous growth over the past 4 years. This necessitated the expansion of their production assembly lines, R&D facilities as well as office space. Modern Niagara Ottawa has been involved in building well over 500,000 sqft of office space of which 150,000 sqft was designed as clean rooms. To accommodate their fast growth, Modern Niagara was selected to form part of a design build team to fast track the construction schedule. The buildings were built in less then 3 years. It has now become a large campus and their world headquarters.
