Our usual Prime Mechanical responsibilities would include:

All Plumbing Systems, All Cooling and Heating Systems (including Refrigeration Piping), All Air Systems (Sheet Metal), Building Automation Systems, and Life Safety Systems. We would also handle all Specialty or Process Systems such as Medical Gas, High Purity Piping, Special Laboratory Piping (such as Glass Piping), and Clean Room Requirements
