This state of the art project, which sits on one city block, is located in the heart of the city, on the corner of John and Richmond. The 40,500 square meter complex contains 14 theatres, 450 seat IMAX 3-D cinema, retail stores and themed food outlets, as well as the longest escalator in Canada.
The $100 million dollar, fast-tracked project was designed to unite both entertainment attractions and brand name retail with a unique modern design, including the appealing feature of providing the tenants with control over their mechanical systems.
With a mechanical budget of $8.2 million dollars, Modern Niagara Toronto fitted each space with their own HVAC system, with service equipment on the roof.
Festival Hall is the largest theatre complex in Canada and a proud achievement for Modern Niagara.
