A brand new building, in the heart of downtown Toronto, marks an exciting renewal for our great city, and Modern Niagara is there.

The Maritime Life Tower, at the corner of Queen and Yonge promises 500,000 square feet of prime real estate. This building has style. An old façade will be maintained, a symbol of our heritage and tradition. The new tower will stand distinct, pronouncing itself open for business in 2002.

Owned by Olympia & York and constructed by Ellis Don, Maritime Life will boast an excellent mechanical system, designed by The Mitchell Partnership and installed with pride by us, Modern Niagara. Like the façade and the tower, we strive to steady tradition with state of the art systems. Our skilled trades force, our relationships, our experience...these are the traditions we balance with our management style and our tracking techniques. Our zest for new construction helps too!
