The renovation of the Bank of Nova Scotia Building has proven to be an exciting
and challenging project for the Modern Niagara Toronto Team. The project includes
the installation of a completely new mechanical & electrical system in an existing
facility while sustaining the clients daily operations. One unique challenge was
in hoisting a new multi-sectioned air handling unit by a Sikorsky S-61 helicopter
to the rooftop of this 26-storey building.
This historical building, which is situated at the corner of King and Bay, is one
of Scotiabank's proud possessions.
Modern Niagara Toronto's 44 King Street team is dedicated to quality workmanship
and providing customer satisfaction on this project and future projects to come.
